Abigail Mitchell is an experienced commercial property solicitor whose thorough approach and ability to build a strong relationship of trust with her clients deliver results.
Abigail has ten years’ experience in dealing with all types of commercial property transaction. This includes the acquisition and disposal of commercial freeholds and leaseholds for sole traders, companies, pension funds and retail chains.
She is particularly experienced in the negotiation, creation or transfer of leases and in assisting commercial landlords or tenants with the ongoing management of their property portfolios.
Abigail has been a Council Member of the Yorkshire Law Society since 2005.
