Brian Copley is a Partner who specialises in residential property transactions and whose very personable style is appreciated by his clients and the other professionals he works alongside.
Brian has over 25 years’ experience as a property lawyer and can deal with all types of transactions, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages. He also specialises in assisting clients wanting to buy new homes on developments both in Yorkshire and in other areas. As such, he is familiar with procedures associated with ‘new build’ transactions and can work within tight deadlines often associated with these.
Brian is Honorary Secretary to the Yorkshire Law Society Golf Team.
