Louise Osborne works with the Partners and other senior managers in setting the overall approach to recruiting and developing staff and in managing HR issues at a more detailed level.
Louise works closely with the various departmental and team managers within Harrowells to ensure that our work is structured in a way that makes best use of our staff's skills and delivers excellent service to our clients.
