Marie Horner specialises in employment law and is Head of our Employment Law Team. Her measured, practical approach and technical expertise are highly valued by her clients.
Marie acts for a wide range of clients including private/public sector organisations, owner managed businesses, charities and senior level employees. She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including executive terminations, restrictive covenants, TUPE, unfair dismissals and discrimination. Marie also regularly provides practical advice on day-to-day HR issues such as disciplinary procedures, redundancies, contracts and policies & procedures.
Marie is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and the Industrial Law Society and regularly presents seminars in all aspects of employment law.
