Michelle Cruddas is an experienced legal executive in Harrowells’ Private Client Department. Her clients appreciate her sympathetic and considered approach when dealing with important and often sensitive issues.
Michelle is a Chartered Legal Executive and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and can advise clients on matters relating to Powers of Attorney, general administration of affairs and probate. She has particular expertise in advising on suitable arrangements for more vulnerable clients, for example the physically fail or those lacking mental capacity.
Michelle can assist with the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney for Personal Welfare and for Property & Financial Affairs. She is also very experienced in dealing with issues relating to Court of Protection, including applications for the appointment of deputies, statutory Wills & gifts and one-off directions to deal with property-related matters.
