Nick Clarke is a solicitor in Harrowells’ Private Client Department whose thorough and understanding approach ensures his clients’ interests and wishes are fully considered.
Drawing on 15 years’ experience, Nick has particular expertise in advising clients wishing to draw up or amend their Will. Able to advise clients in all types of situation, he is very experienced in assisting those needing to consider particular provision for spouse, partners, children or grandchildren. He is also familiar with dealing with more unusual situations, such as making provision in a Will for disabled beneficiaries or the need to take into account a range of property or other assets.
Nick also advises older clients on the administration of their personal affairs, including the management of property and other assets through the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
