Philip Lewis Ogden is a very experienced corporate and commercial Partner whose clients really appreciate the technical knowledge, drive and commercial focus he brings to his work.
Philip advises clients on corporate transactions, company and partnership issues, commercial agreements, contracts and intellectual property matters. He has experience of assisting a wide variety of organisations including locally-based owner managed businesses, larger international clients and a number of charity and voluntary organisations.
Philip is chairman of Prohelp (Business in the Community) in North Yorkshire and company secretary of a number of organisations including Venturefest Yorkshire, York Professionals and Science City York.
