Robert Seaton is Senior Partner and specialises in handling residential property transactions. His expertise, particularly in relation to more complex property matters, is highly prized by clients and other professionals.
Much of Robert’s work focuses on the sale and purchase of residential property. Having practised in North Yorkshire for over thirty years, he has significant experience of dealing with higher value properties, particularly in a rural or village setting. Consequently he also is very familiar with issues relating to conservation areas, listed status and the development of period or more unusual properties generally.
As Senior Partner, Robert is also responsible for compliance and risk management within the firm.
