We are looking for an experienced Costs Executive/Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team at our Clifton Moor office.
The role will involve managing your own Costs caseload including responsibilities such as preparing bill of costs and cost claims for submission, undertaking negotiations, planning/costing budgets and representing Claimants at Costs hearings.
Ideally you will have at least one year’s experience in drafting costs (particularly in Clinical Negligence), a good working knowledge of Clinical Negligence litigation, a pro-active and flexible approach to managing your caseload, are happy and confident to work autonomously and a strong commitment to delivering excellent client care. Proficiency with the Costsmaster system is essential for this role.
