Charlotte Boyes

Solicitor

Charlotte is an Associate Solicitor in our Agricultural Property team, based in Pocklington. She qualified in October 2020 and has since developed extensive experience in agricultural law, advising on a wide range of rural and property matters.

Charlotte specialises in agricultural land and property transactions, including sales, purchases, finance arrangements, rights of way, options, overage agreements, first registrations, and farm business tenancies.

Charlotte joined Harrowells in 2025 and continues to apply her expertise to support clients across all aspects of agricultural property work.

Charlotte Boyes is supervised by the Head of Agriculture, Katie Daniels.
