Heather advises employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues, ranging from day-to-day employment advice to assisting on complex litigation.
Heather has lived in Yorkshire all her life, completing her undergraduate degree at the University of York and combined LPC and Masters in Law at BPP in Leeds.
Before joining Harrowells in 2021, Heather was an ACAS conciliator, assisting parties in dispute at various stages of litigation to bring about resolution and, as such, has a breadth of experience in dispute resolution and conciliation. Prior to her time at ACAS, she managed employee engagement strategies and campaigns for HR teams.
