Ines Ouadah

Ines is a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, who qualified in October 2023, with a broad-ranging practice across both Corporate and Commercial law. She advises clients at every stage of the business lifecycle — from formation and early structuring, through to investment, growth, restructuring, and exit. She has supported on transactions ranging from early-stage investments, to multi-million-pound acquisitions and disposals (acting for both buyers and sellers across a variety of sectors).

On the Corporate side, she is developing a specialism in advising on company incorporations, mergers and acquisitions (including both share and asset sales), business reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, and general corporate governance matters. Her work on the Commercial side includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts such as bespoke terms and conditions, NDAs, agreements for the supply of goods and services, consultancy agreements, and joint venture agreements.

With a broad practice and commercial mindset, her goal is to be a trusted advisor to SME business owners and management teams, by helping them navigate legal complexities and capitalising on opportunities. She is focused on delivering clear, ‘real-world’ advice that enables clients to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic objectives, while also acting as a collaborative, and solution-orientated point of contact for all parties and stakeholders involved in any given transaction.
