Louise Dodds joined Harrowells as a Solicitor and Partner in our Litigation and Disputes Resolution department in 2026. She specialises in all aspects of contentious wills, trusts and probate matters.

Louise has considerable experience handling a wide range of contentious cases, including claims brought by disappointed beneficiaries, estate disputes, challenges to the validity of wills, actions involving trusts and trustees, and contentious Court of Protection matters. She has acted for clients in a broad range of complex and high-value disputes, including those with multi-jurisdictional elements.

Louise is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Her expertise has been recognised by leading legal directories. She was ranked as a ‘Rising Star’ in 2023 and 2024 by The Legal 500, named an ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers’ directory in 2024 and recognised as ‘Up & Coming’ in the 2025 edition.
