Lucy Steven is a trainee solicitor based at our Thirsk office and works alongside colleagues on a range of commercial property and property litigation matters.
Lucy helps advise and support clients in relation to commercial leases, commercial landlord and tenant matters, planning issues and site acquisition for developers and individuals. Her work in respect of property litigation has a particular emphasis on rural and agricultural property including boundary disputes, trespass to land and right of way disputes.
Prior to joining Harrowells in January 2018, Lucy spent time as a housing advisor at a leading national charity and subsequently at a local authority.
Lucy is a volunteer Fence Judge for British Eventing and has represented her university in Dressage and Show Jumping at British University and College Sports level.
