Nina Prudom

Senior Chartered Legal Executive

Nina Prudom is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow of CILEX) in our Clinical Negligence team. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, many of whom are navigating extremely difficult and sensitive circumstances.

Nina worked in personal injury law for over a decade before specialising in clinical negligence in 2019. She joined Harrowells in 2025 and has since continued to build her expertise in more complex claims. Her experience includes successfully negotiating settlements in cases involving delayed cancer diagnoses, surgical errors, failures to refer, negligence resulting in fatalities and claims arising from amputations.

Clients value Nina’s thorough and determined approach as well as her ability to explain legal processes clearly and sensitively. She combines strong technical knowledge with genuine care for the individuals and families she supports, ensuring they feel listened to and guided throughout their case.
