Patrick Griffin is a Solicitor and Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department.
Patrick’s expertise is primarily focused towards property and commercial disputes and covers a wide variety of issues including; misrepresentation, easements, boundaries and covenants, proprietary estoppel, co-ownership of land and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Patrick also undertakes the full spectrum of commercial and residential landlord and tenant work.
Patrick is also experienced in advising on professional negligence claims, wills and trusts disputes, and Inheritance Act claims. In addition Patrick also undertakes a range of commercial work, including contractual and tortious claims, sale of goods claims.
