Personal Injury Fee Earner

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our well established team to manage a varied and interesting caseload of claimant clinical negligence work based at our Clifton Moor office.

The role will involve providing legal advice, assistance and representation to our clients on a range of catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims such as spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy cases, fatal accidents, claims against hospitals and other serious injuries. Working in a claimant environment you will excel at proving expert legal advice to our clients through reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, issuing proceedings, instructing counsel and obtaining witness statements to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

What we are looking for

We need someone who will fit in quickly with our team and develop a great relationship with our clients. The right candidate will have:

  • A solid PI background – ideally 3-8 years with some Clinical Negligence experience
  • A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
  • The ability to develop a good rapport with clients
  • Superb levels of client care with an empathetic and understanding approach to working with vulnerable clients
  • Some experience in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives
