Ed is experienced in advising clients on a wide range of issues concerning their personal affairs. He can assist those wishing to draft or amend their Will and can provide advice on wider inheritance tax planning. He can also advise clients on the creation and management of Personal Injury Trusts.
Ed also advises elderly clients on the general administration of affairs, the appropriate use of Lasting Powers of Attorney and issues relating to nursing home fees.
