Robert Onyett is a very experienced litigator whose forensic and considered approach has helped steer many clients through often complex or difficult issues to a successful conclusion.
As a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors, Robert is one of a relatively small number of lawyers with the specialist expertise to advise clients on complex Inheritance Act claims or other disputes concerning Wills, trusts or probates.
He also advises clients on property or land disputes, including those relating to ownership, boundaries, easements and covenants and landlord and tenant disputes in both the commercial and residential sectors. He also acts for clients in disputes arising out of insolvencies.
As Managing Partner, he is also responsible for day-to-day operational management of the firm.
