Legal 500 undertake an annual assessment of the reputation and quality of advice of the top 10% of law firms in the UK. Legal 500's independent review covers many, though not all, areas of law and our expertise is formally recognised in the following areas: corporate and commercial, commercial litigation, commercial property, employment law, personal injury claims, medical negligence claims, family law, agricultural & estates, personal tax, trusts & probate.
Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year and silver in the nationwide awards
The firm has won 'Yorkshire and North East Regional Conveyancing Firm of The Year' at the Law Firm Services National Conveyancing Awards over the past three years (2016-18) and won nationwide 'Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year' in 2018. The awards attract more than 100 entries from national and regional law firms throughout England and Wales. The judges evaluate how firms respond to requests for quotes, how clients rate the service delivered at various points during their transaction and firms' overall approach to compliance, working practises and cyber security.
Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
The Law Society CQS is the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing legal work. To achieve this standard, our specialist conveyancing team has passed assessments relating to our legal expertise, our processes and our approach to client communication.
