National and Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year
The firm has won 'North East and Yorkshire Regional Conveyancing Firm of The Year' at the Law Firm Services National Conveyancing Awards over the past three years (2016-18) and won nationwide 'Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year' in 2018. The awards attract more than 100 entries from national and regional law firms throughout England and Wales. The judges evaluate how firms respond to requests for quotes, how clients rate the service delivered at various points during their transaction and firms' overall approach to compliance, working practises and cyber security.
Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
The Law Society CQS is the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing legal work. To achieve this standard, our specialist conveyancing team has passed assessments relating to our legal expertise, our processes and our approach to client communication.
