Property & land development
From inspecting the land or building (where practicable) to considering and advising on the legal and other documents associated with the transaction you will be able to rely upon the expertise of our Commercial Property Team. We will also advise and give guidance during the planning process and the implications of any planning agreement which may be required by the local planning authority before permission for a scheme is granted.
We can also advise on the potential use and effect of conditional agreements such as option, pre-emption, overage and ‘clawback’ agreements. Once a development has been completed we will then be able to assist with plot and unit disposal.
