Our aim is to ensure that your day-to-day experience of working at Harrowells is positive and we have a range of programmes, initiatives and activities to achieve precisely that.
We build a sense of shared purpose in a number of ways. We have a busy programme of social and charity fundraiser events in a variety of formats across the year. These are organised by our Harrowells Social team and some of the highlights over the past 12 months have included:

All these activities are featured on our firm-wide intranet, so that everyone knows what is going on and feels included, whether or not they wish to take part in a particular event. The Harrowells Social programme is very much shaped by our people, with regular requests for ideas and feedback so that activities are relevant, accessible and fun.

Alongside the Harrowells Social programme, we also run Strategy and Engagement Roadshows twice a year. The provide an opportunity for everyone to meet members of the senior management team in small groups and discuss the overall direction of our business and how they can play their part in that.
