Our main Clifton Moor office, Moorgate House, is home to members of our Commercial, Commercial Property, Agricultural Property and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Teams.
We also have a satellite office at Clifton Moor (CM7) which is home to our Personal Injury Team and is walk of less than five minutes’ walk to Moorgate House. Around 40 staff are based at these two offices.
Moorgate House has on-site parking spaces for staff as well as clients and other visitors and is only a couple of minutes from the A1237, York’s northern ring road, and so easily accessible from a wide area. Several key bus routes also pass close to the office.
The boardroom at Moorgate House is our largest meeting room and staff at CM7, and from other offices, often visit Moorgate House for training sessions, inter-departmental meetings and staff social functions.
Staff based at Clifton Moor say that the traffic ‘peak’ on the northern ring road does not last very long and is nothing by Leeds/M62 standards! They also add that it can be very handy to be able to drop into Tesco or the other major retailers and so avoid a special trip on days off.
