Abbey Ainslie

Solicitor

Abbey Ainslie is a Senior Associate Solicitor whose highly personable and very practical approach is valued by her clients and the other professionals she works alongside.

Abbey's areas of specialist focus include acting for developers of residential property schemes, at different scales, purchasing and financing land for development purposes, including self-build, both leasehold and freehold plots sales, planning agreements, option agreements and promotion agreements as well as advising on residential, commercial and mixed use transactions where there are complex and unusual aspects.

Prior to joining Harrowells, Abbey gained experience of a wide range of general legal, advocacy and Court procedures whilst working within an in-house legal team. Abbey undertook her training as a solicitor with Harrowells and qualified in 2021.

Abbey Ainslie is supervised by the Head of Commercial Property, Matthew Hayward.
