Martin has over 20 years’ experience of advising clients on the sale or purchase of both commercial and residential property. Martin works with commercial landlords and private individuals and is retained by a major bank to advise on property-related legal matters.
He has particular expertise in assisting residential and commercial property developers - from initial negotiations, including overage agreements and options, through to managing the legal aspects of planning consent, construction and plot sales.
