Managing care & health issues
Issues relating to care, health and long term finances are often complex and ongoing. In some cases, important decisions have to be made with relatively little notice. All this adds to the pressures that individuals and families face.
We have long recognised the importance of being able to offer legal advice that addresses often complex and sensitive issues in a practical manner. In response, we have built up a significant, specialist team capable of offering advice that addresses issues ‘as a whole and not just in part’.
Practical advice and support
We also appreciate the need for good links with other professionals and services. Often our solicitors act as the ‘gateway’ to other types of advice and support. We also tend to be early champions of important local and national initiatives relating to care and health – the Dementia Friends programme being a recent example.
