Whilst we are physically based in Yorkshire, because of our recognised expertise and effectiveness in dealing with divorce and family law matters, we regularly assist clients across England and Wales. Having helped hundreds of clients in situations like yours, we understand what you are going through and what you need from us.
We offer an initial 30 minute free appointment (in person or virtual whichever you prefer) to all new clients so that you can meet us, and be reassured that you can place your trust in our team.
We have adapted the way we work so that we are accessible by telephone or video call to suit your availability, and with the increase in remote Court Hearings, our location is not a bar to us representing you in courts further afield. We have historic and recent success in representing our clients who live in the Midlands, London and the Home Counties as well as the south west!

Who do we help? Our team has particular expertise in supporting business owners, farming families and high net worth individuals. We routinely act for clients with financially complex cases, for example those involving businesses, pensions, international or inherited assets. These types of issues require a focus and drive to ensure that expert valuations are organised at an early stage. That allows us to work out in a timely manner exactly what the assets are worth so that substantive negotiations to get you a fair settlement remain on-track. You can rely on our team to manage your case sensitively and amicably, but whilst always striking a balance to ensure you get a fair outcome.
In other cases, your ex may prove to be deliberatively obstructive or their legal team ineffective in making sensible progress. This can be particularly true in situations involving parental alienation or where you describe your ex as a narcissist.
