Bruna has worked in the legal profession since 2018, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024. She began her career in dispute resolution, gaining extensive experience in litigation, insolvency, and enforcement, before qualifying and moving into corporate practice.
She works in the Corporate and Commercial team at Harrowells, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, company formation, legal restructuring, and general commercial matters. She advises a broad range of clients, including larger corporates, family businesses, and SMEs.
Bruna brings a straightforward, pragmatic style to her work. She focuses on understanding client priorities and delivering outcomes efficiently. With a strong foundation in disputes and risk management, she enjoys supporting businesses through periods of change and growth, ensuring that transactions run smoothly and align with commercial goals.
