As Head of HR, Clare Brown is responsible for developing talent, engagement, learning and development, recruitment, performance management and reward and recognition.
Clare joined Harrowells in 2022 with significant prior experience in senior HR leadership at major law firms. In her previous roles, drawing on her very strong collaborative and commercial skills, she led several major projects focusing on key strategic aspects such as culture, staff engagement and management development.
Clare is passionate about seeing talented people progress and spends a lot of time with managers at all levels within the business, ensuring that people are supported at every stage of their career and that we are attracting the right talent to grow our teams. As Clare says: “Without great people, we can’t deliver the best possible service to our clients so my main driver will be to encourage and support people at every level to be the best they can be.”
