Emma Mennell is a very experienced Chartered Legal Executive whose clients really appreciate her personable and highly organised approach and her ability to cut to the chase and explain issues in a very clear and straightforward way.
Emma advises on a range of issues including farm sales and purchases, farm business tenancies as well as other land and property transactions, including residential property.
Emma is from a farming background and is also heavily involved in the equestrian world and so is also well placed to advise on aspects of equine law.
Emma gained her Chartered Legal Executive status following successful completion of a qualifying law degree and the Legal Practice Certificate. Emma has specialised in property law since 2016 and joins Harrowells from another North Yorkshire law firm operating in the York and Ryedale areas.
