With over 30 years experience, Simon assists clients with a wide variety of disputes – including commercial litigation, company and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and land and property disputes, including Landlord & Tenant issues.
Simon has a particular specialism in Will, trust and probate disputes, including 1975 Inheritance Act Claims, and regularly deals with cases in the Business & Property Courts, Chancery Division.
Simon is a registered member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
