The state secondary schools in Thirsk, Easingwold and Pocklington (Woldgate) act as vital 'hubs' for their respective areas. In recognition of this, we have forged links with each school by supporting specific events and assisting at careers evenings.

Once again, we are sponsors of this year's Art and Design Open Evening at Woldgate School and Sixth Form College. The event, organised by Head of Art, Karen Draper, provides an opportunity for GCSE and AS Art and Design students to showcase their work to the wider local community. The amazing output at these exhibitions clearly reflects the talent and teaching within the school and mirrors the general emphasis placed by people in Pocklington and the surrounding area on nurturing the arts.
