Every September, the prestigious LFS National Conveyancing Conference brings together law firms, mortgage lenders and related specialist IT and data providers from across the UK. The highlight is the presentation of coveted national and regional awards. In 2017, for the second year running, we were awarded ‘Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year – Yorkshire & North East’ and, additionally, gained a Silver Award in the overall ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year’ category.
This year we have been shortlisted for both the ‘Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year’ and ‘Best Marketing, Website and Social Media’ categories.
Each year, the judging and selection process becomes more rigorous and 2018 has proved no exception. In addition to detailed a detailed evaluation of our conveyancing processes, staff support and training and measures to combat cybercrime, a sample of our conveyancing clients were independently surveyed at different points during their transactions to assess our proactivity and communication skills and overall client satisfaction.
The award ceremony takes place on the 19th September at the Vox Conference Centre at the NEC Birmingham.
