Amy has worked within public law matters, including representation of the child within proceedings, as well as work within domestic abuse matters, forced marriage and child abduction. Having focused her work towards private law matters, she brings these skills and experience with her, which includes continuing to advise and represent clients within private law adoption matters.
Amy now specialises in matrimonial finance and private Children Law matters, including those with an international element, including relocation matters. She has a strong reputation for her conduct of cases and ability to assist clients in a wide range of matters, whilst always keeping perspective.
Amy has considerable experience in complex and high net worth financial cases but works with clients with varied financial backgrounds.
Alongside the family team, Amy is also experienced in drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and understands that these can often be sensitive matters, which require great care in their approach.
Known for her no nonsense approach, Amy will always ensure that her clients are put first and will act as urgently as is required, including urgent applications in respect of financial matters, children matters or otherwise.
