Theo Hoppen is a Solicitor and Partner in the Family Department at Harrowells. He joined the firm in 2024 and has over 20 years’ experience within family law, working at a number of national law firms.
He carries out all areas of family law including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, children matters and pre-nuptial agreements; many of his cases involve issues such as trusts, businesses, foreign jurisdictions and farming assets.
He sits as a fee-paid judge in the Health, Education and Social Care Tribunal and has recently been appointed as a Deputy District Judge.
Theo’s clients say he is approachable and pragmatic and will always seek to resolve matters outside the court process if possible though, when required, provides robust representation within court proceedings.
