Case Study: Supporting Cut & Crafts Expansion Across the North of England

We take pride in partnering with ambitious businesses to support their growth and success. A recent example is our collaboration with the hospitality group behind the renowned Lucia and Cut & Craft restaurant brands.

Our client operates the Lucia Italian restaurants in York and Beverley, as well as the premium steakhouse brand Cut & Craft, with locations in York, Leeds, and Manchester.

We have previously advised on various matters including site acquisitions, planning and listed building consents, licensing, site disposals and related corporate and employment advice.

When the business expanded further this year with a stunning new venue in Manchester City Centre, we again provided legal services to facilitate the group's expansion.
