Beth Credgington is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team, specialising in advising individuals and families on all aspects of future planning and estate management. She has particular expertise in preparing Wills tailored to clients’ personal and financial circumstances, advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney, and guiding executors and beneficiaries through the often-complex process of estate administration.
Beth qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Harrowells in 2025. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an international body that recognises excellence in the field of trusts and estates. Her membership reflects her depth of technical knowledge and her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
Known for her approachable and empathetic manner, Beth takes time to understand her clients’ priorities and provides clear, practical advice at what can often be a sensitive and emotional time. She works closely with clients to ensure their affairs are structured in a way that offers reassurance and peace of mind for the future.
