Harrowells Solicitors has announced the appointment of four new Partners, further strengthening the firm's commitment to recognising and developing talent from within the business.

Rachel Bourne, Aimee Costello, Lauren Hooghiemstra-Maughan and Rebecca Jennings have all been promoted to Partner, having each progressed through the ranks during their careers at Harrowells.

The appointments reflect Harrowells' continued investment in developing its people and creating opportunities for long-term career progression across the business.

Rachel Bourne specialises in residential conveyancing, helping clients through all aspects of buying and selling a home. Aimee Costello is a specialist medical negligence solicitor and newly appointed joint Head of Harrowells' Medical Negligence team, representing clients in a wide range of complex claims. Lauren Hooghiemstra-Maughan is a member of the Private Client team, advising and supporting clients on matters including wills, estate planning and the administration of estates. Rebecca Jennings is a Commercial Property Solicitor and advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.

All four have established strong reputations within their respective fields and have played an important role in the firm's continued growth and client service.

Clare Brown, Head of HR at Harrowells, said: "Rachel, Aimee, Lauren and Rebecca’s appointments recognise their expertise and commitment to clients and their teams, as well as the significant contribution they have made to the firm over many years."

"We place a strong emphasis on developing and promoting our people from within the business wherever possible. We’re proud that our new Partners have each built their careers with us and progressed through the organisation.”
