We provided a niche research business with redundancy advice as part of plans to dissolve the company. However, at a late stage, a buyer was found for part of the business and we advised on settlement agreements and other employment aspects in liaison with our corporate team who acted on the sale.

We advised a specialist mid-sized courier business which had lost a key contract with a major client, We advised our client in relation to moving existing employees across to the incoming service provider; this included TUPE compliance, their obligations to the employees and the settlement agreement which the employees were offered.
